Natural Disaster Claims The Life Of CPC Lawyer

(CPC) in Minna Niger state was on Thursday 6th of September 2012
throne into a state of mourning following the crushing to death of their
Lawyer, Barrister Joseph Kolo by a falling tree.
The tree was uprooted during a heavy
storm and crushed the car and the occupant who parked his car beside the tree
on his way home from work to avoid being caught up in the storm. This step
taken by 40 years old Joseph Kolo proved to be a wrong step as the tree fell
down and crushed him to death in his care.
According to an eye witness, other
trees were uprooted during the rain storm causing damages to buildings and
other properties in the area. His corps has been deposited in Minna General
Hospital morgue.
It could be recalled that there have
been heavy rainstorm and flood in the area displacing people from their homes
and killing many.
