Okonjo-Iweala’s Mum Regains Freedom

 Professor Kamene Okonjo 82yrs, the mother of Nigeria’s Finance Minister, Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, who was abducted last Sunday from her home in Ogwashi-Ukwu in Delta State, has regained her freedom.

It could be recalled that about sixty persons were reported arrested including police officers in connection with the kidnapping which a ransom of about U.S $1million was demanded.

According to sources, Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan is on his way to Ogwuashi Ukwu to receive the queen.
