Boastful Eboue Congratulates Nigeria

Galatasaray of Turkey and Elephants of Cote d’Ivoire defender, Emmanuel Eboue, who through his twitter handle, had boasted that his country will eat the Super Eagles of Nigeria like ‘super fried chicken’ during Sunday’s quarter final match in the ongoing African Cup of Nations (AFCON 2013) in South Africa, congratulated Nigeria and apologized over his comments.


Eboue, through his twitter handle @TheRealEboue, congratulated Nigeria shortly after his country was handed a 2- 1 defeat by the Super Eagles, wished the country’s soccer team good luck in the competition.
